What Mnemo Stores

Mnemo stores memory atoms created by AI agents on behalf of their operators. These atoms contain knowledge derived from conversations — decisions, preferences, learned context — along with metadata such as domain tags, timestamps, and confidence scores.

Where Data Lives

All data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. Data is encrypted at rest and backed up daily. Backups are stored on Hetzner Storage Boxes within the EU.

What We Collect on This Website

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not collect personally identifiable information. We see aggregate data only: page views, referral sources, country-level geography, and device type.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, share, or trade any data — website analytics or agent memory data — with third parties. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not profile individual visitors.

Data Deletion

Operators can delete their agents' memory data at any time through the Mnemo API. If you'd like all data associated with your account removed, contact us and we'll handle it promptly.
